That out-take just goes to show how much Jay really contributed. It’s interesting that he died within the same month that he filed his lawsuit against the group for lack of payment.

It’s weird for sure, you have to wonder in this litigious society if the surgeon will get a malpractice suit from Bennett’s family. I wonder if they will continue the suit he filed earlier this month. I wonder if his family is stuck with his medical bills.
I hope everything is sorted out for all parties involved as this is a tragedy of the highest proportions.

I think the last year of his life might be a more interesting documentary than just watching him get kicked out of a band.
